Abbey Support JCB Demo week 5-7th October 2016

JCB carried out a Demo week to help launch their new JCB Factrac 8000 series tractor. The demonstration took place on Lord Bamfords farm near the JCB HQ in Rocester England. International Dealers from across the Globe (including America and Europe) descended on the site over the course of the week-long event from 4th to 7th October.

These Demos covered all aspects of use for the JCB Fastrac 4000 and 8000 Series. These included large scale sprayers (a staggering 42m width) and massive tilling and ploughing equipment. In addition there was an Abbey 3500RT Tanker being towed over various hilly terrain.

All attendees received technical talks from JCB engineers and field specialists and also had the opportunity to use the technology first hand.

Ross Gibbon, Abbey Territory Manager, UK South and Michael O’Grady, Abbey Sales, Marketing & Business Development Manager attend the event on 6th October. “Dealer from around the world attended the Demonstrations to see the JCB Fastrac effortlessly handle various large scale agricultural machines. Abbey are delighted to support this International event by providing our 3500RT Tanker. We had very positive comments on Abbey Tanker high tech specifications, build quality and finish.” remarked Mr O’Grady.
