Abbey Machinery Limited currently have a vacancy for an Accounts Payable Administrator. The successful candidate will be experienced in processing invoices in medium volumes using system generated 3-way matching (paper invoice, electronic PO and GRN). The role involves interaction with department staff in resolving invoice issues, dealing with supplier queries, payment reconciliations, and month end AP duties. Previous experience in an AP role within a manufacturing entity is required. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, together with high level of computer literacy. The role requires an organised self-starter, with a strong work ethic, and a solid understanding of AP processing from PO to Payment.
