Prendwick Farm covers 2,300 acres of often steep ground at Whittingham in Northumberland. As well as having 200 suckler cows with followers, it is home to a flock of about 2,000 sheep.

They briefly tried using a static system for slurry distribution, but this kept getting blocked up, so they decided to go back to using a tanker.
And, when they shopped around, the Abbey 3500 fit the bill – the most important consideration being its size.
